Working with Kristin has been great! She came in and quickly got everything under control. We had our hands tied with our old IT company and it was a burden but that has all been resolved now. Working with Kristin at Coastal Technology Concierge. If you're looking for an attentive and reliable company to take care of your IT needs I highly suggest you reach out to Kristin at Coastal Technology Concierge.

Kristin was absolutely AMAZING!! We got "hit" with ransomware that nearly shut us down and locked us out. (We won't focus on how we got the ransomware). Suffice it to say, Kristin prioritized our issues, got everything wiped cleaned and we were up and running without an data loss or breach of data integrity. Additionally, Kristin recommended and executed on the implementation of a more comprehensive approach to protecting our network and worked straight through until it was completed and we were safe !! Rarely do I see this much passion and professionalism with incredible customer service. If you aren't using Kristin, you're at risk. Period.

I cannot recommend Kristin enough. We had a disaster of a computer situation in our office. Her skill, knowledge and professionalism was nothing short of amazing. She was able to figure out the issue, save the data, correct the problem and put procedures in place to make sure we would not have a repeat of the issue. She follows up, is extremely fair and treats you like she would wanted to be treated if the situation was reversed. You cannot go wrong with Coastal Technology and Kristin, I am so thrilled a mutual connection made the introduction and I am thrilled to have her taking care of my IT and computer needs on an ongoing basis. I do not make recommendations lightly, however, this was easy! She is one of the best!!!!!

We trusted them with our IT needs and it paid off! We lost our POS server, but due to their thoughtful planning we didn’t miss a beat. Thanks again, Jon

I am the school board chair of a private school and we contract with Coastal Technology Concierge, LLC directly with Kristin Zouras CEO. We have an assortment of iPads, old laptops, and desktops with too many hands working on them all. We are in an environment of tough use, technology chaos, and too many opinions directing what should be done with our IT. Kristin professionally walks our mine field sorting out what should actually be accomplished, keeping a detailed and accurate inventory of our equipment including each piece's current condition. She monthly checks on each piece's status, updates software where needed, and installs the security software keeping our students safe. Kristin makes recommendations combined with options as to how we should proceed with software, internet connectivity, and equipment and then respects our decisions even if we don't act. She is always available for emergencies and you can only imagine how many we have. We decided to upgrade our connectivity and Kristin quoted us three different options on how to proceed. After we signed the contract, she purchased all the hardware and wiring, contracted with an expert, oversaw the rewiring of the building, and delivered a complete new upgraded internet wifi and ethernet system without one glitch, on time, in the midst of complete chaos the week before school started. All this with a calmness that is a rare trait and contagious attitude. Kristin not only has a depth of knowledge, but also patience to work with old barely workable laptops until we have the resources to replace them. Beyond this, she has the patience to work with too many people directing her in too many directions. I recommend Kristin, Coastal Technology Concierge, LLC, with the highest amount of recommendation available for her knowledge, organization skills, and integrity combined with patience. I can be available and delighted to answer questions about her and her company, Coastal Technology Concierge, LLC.

Kristen, pulled me out of a jam again, last minute, a presentation due in less that 30 minutes she came to the rescue. She did an excellent job and I'll be back next time with more advanced notice...I hope. Thanks again

Kristin was able to help me on short notice and was able to quickly resolve my computer issue. She is quite knowledgeable and very personable. I have no reservation recommending her to my clients and associates.

Kristin did a wonderful job on our IT issue. We really appreciated that she worked on the weekend so at the start of the next work week my employees started working without any disruption. I highly recommend Kristin and Coastal Technology!

I just had Kristin work on my computer and I cannot rave about her enough. She was responsive and efficient in her work and went out of her way to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. I highly recommend Kristin for any computer work that you may need. Kathleen

Kristin with Coastal Technology Concierge is great. My primary work computer decided to try and take the day off without prior authorization (it broke), so I called Kristin. In no time she was in my office working to diagnose the problem. Less than an hour from the time I called she had recommended a plan of correction to get the computer back up and running, and more importantly me back to work. I should also mention she also had to work around my office schedule and privacy concerns, all while answering my questions. Kudos to Kristin for tolerating me as well. Thanks Kristin for the excellent and fast service at a more than reasonable price!
