The best measure of a person’s character is what they do when there is nothing you can do for them. Kristin’s character was on display from our first conversation and confirmed in dozens of instances afterwards. When the home we wanted was not available she wrote letters and performed the legwork to bring us our dream home. When we needed legal assistance, contractor support, help with utilities, hoa, inspections or a myriad of other services inherent from moving from out of state- she was not only available, she used her expertise and kindness to act as our champion and advocate. Words cannot express the gratitude we have for all of the times she went out of her way long after the closing was complete.
