Testimonial for Kristen Bedford I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Kristen Bedford, my Pre-Licensing Real Estate Instructor at Intracoastal Realty Corporation. From the very first day of class, Kristen demonstrated exceptional kindness, professionalism, and dedication. She was always patient, supportive, and willing to help in every aspect of the learning process. It was truly an honor to be in her class. Her teaching style made complex concepts easy to understand, and her encouragement motivated me every step of the way. I am genuinely grateful for the time, effort, and passion she invested in helping me succeed. Thank you, Kristen, for being an outstanding instructor and for making this journey such a positive and meaningful experience.

Kristin was a huge help in our home search! It is easy to get an idea of available homes on the internet but it is essential to use a great local Realtor who knows the market to find exactly the neighborhood and home you need.

We had a great experience with Kristin! She was extremely responsive and took the time to answer all of our questions, no matter how big or small. She made our buying process very smooth and pain free! She is very knowledgeable and I will definitely be recommending her in the future. Very happy with her services!

Kristin Bedford was my agent who helped me during our home build and purchase in Castle Hayne, NC. She was so helpful to us as we were moving from another state and there were many things that we were not able to do from so far away but she took care of them and we stayed on scheduled throughout the build. I would not hesitate to recommend Kristin for anyone that is looking to buy, build or rent a home in the Wilmington, North Carolina area.
