I want to thank Kristen for helping me out yesterday. My client needed to get papers notarized for a closing. Unfortunately he has ALS and it is very hard for him to get around. I reached out to Kristen to see if she would meet him in the parking lot and notarize his paper work and he could sit in his car. She graciously said of course and my client and I really appreciated her making this so easy for him!! Thanks Kristen!!

Excellent follow up, on both sides of the fence . . . which is what makes her job so difficult. Still, she handles her role as a go between agents and the ghost transaction process, professionally and with a moderate tone and temperment. She is very much appreciated.
