I don't know how I can write a review that will really explain what a great job Krista did for us. My husband and I were looking for a house and buying from out of state. We hadn't planned on house hunting for another few months, but saw our dream house listed online and knew we had to move quickly to get it. So I contacted Krista out of the blue on a Sunday morning, never having spoken with her before, and told her what we needed. That very same day she sent us a video of the house that she took herself, and within 24 hours, we had a mortgage pre-approval (thanks to the great lender she connected us with) and a bid put in on that house. The bid was accepted the next day, and then Krista helped us get through the following steps of the house purchase. We flew up to view the house, and she not only took us through it but drove us around the area so we could get a feel for the neighborhood, which she knew very well. In a nutshell, I cannot recommend Krista enough; she was fast, efficient, and attentive, as well as professional without being impersonal. Without her, we wouldn't have that dream house.
