I happened into Real Estate by way of my love for architecture, design, and my own experience purchasing my first home in Charlotte. The wonderful relationships I get to build with my clients are the icing on the cake. Representing and leveraging the Four Seasons Sotheby's International Realty brand since 2018, I take pride in showcasing the unique character of each property I represent. It's a privilege to tell the story of a home and highlight its one-of-a-kind assets through artful styling, professional photography, and fine-tuned marketing. I have received a certificate in interior design from the Interior Design Institute and have a personal passion for historic home renovation, which I weave into my real estate practice. With my GREEN designation and a degree in Environmental Sciences from UVM, I am uniquely positioned to provide insight into a homes' resource efficient features and how to market them, which I leverage to maximize property value. Above all, I value being a trusted real estate advisor. You can always count on me to be honest, respectful, kind, and really listen to your why. A real estate transaction is deeply personal and can be bittersweet. When I'm not working, I enjoy gardening, antiquing, tackling DIY projects, eating good food with friends and family, and spending time by Lake Champlain. I serve on the board of Preservation Burlington, a nonprofit dedicated to preserving historically significant architecture, and volunteer at Howling Mountain Wildlife Rescue in Starksboro, a certified wildlife rehabilitation center. Originally from Ohio, I currently live in a historic cape style house I am slowly renovating in the New North End of Burlington with my wonderful husband, baby son, dog, and cat.
