Very helpful. We ran into an unknown roof problem which Kirsten was able to resolve. She did a great job with our sale.

It was such a pleasure to work with Kirstin. She was always there when I needed her and guided me through lots of stuff. Her knowledge was well respected. She was an awesome realtor

Kirstin is phenomenal! She helped me navigate selling a property as part of an estate while I was on the other side of the country. She goes above and beyond, is timely, professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Additionally she made herself available to help me get different things done, helped me with the questions I had, and despite the distance and time change differences she stayed connected. If you are local or in another state looking to sell or buy in the Wilmington area or New Hanover county area, I highly recommend Kirstin. I’d like to mention also that the photographs for listing the property were great inside and out. The quality of photos, and the order of them on the listing page, and the perspectives we’re done really well. The lighting that day was not the best for it had been raining. Despite that there was no loss of color nor photos too dark, just quality work. Kirstin is part of a great team of people at Intracoastal Realty. Again Kirstin thank you for all you’ve done!

Savvy broker who knows the market and helped me get it all done! Great to work with. My house sold for over asking in 48 hours.

Unbelievable? No, I can do better that that..... If a 5 star rating represents an excellent experience, I request 5 more on my testimonial because she was twice as good of a realtor as any I have worked with over the years….Within 1 hour of my inquiries I was surprised to have gotten responses from Kirstin…. She was able to answer the questions I asked of her and without hesitation she told me if she didn't know how to answer a question presented to her, the answer was just a phone call away at the Intracoastal Realty office….She obviously has skills in home design and renovation skills…..her only focus was on me……I now have a FRIEND in the real estate business....and her name is Kirstin....thank you, Kirstin.

"Kirstin was the selling agent at the very first home my partner and I toured, which we happened to pass by after breakfast one morning. We didn't have our own agent representation at the time, but upon meeting her, we both agreed that we wanted to work with Kirstin because of how genuine and honest she was. Working with Kirstin was one of the only things Chris and I could agree on during our entire house hunt! We gave her a real challenge under a major time crunch, but she delivered above and beyond! We had real laugh-out-loud fun while driving around Wilmington with her--she makes the process painless by being so friendly. The selling agent for our home made things quite difficult and stressful, but Kirstin handled it confidently so that we didn't have to worry. Most of all, we appreciate Kirstin for representing us far beyond our closing date. She checked up on us several times, and we were always happy to tell her how much we love our new home. We can't thank her enough!" Lori Wilson
