Kirsten is an excellent realtor. I wish I could give her 6 STARS, especially for RESPONSIVENESS. I was extremely impressed with how well she handled all parts of the transaction, especially when running down all the information needed during the Due Diligence (contingency) period. She does NOT procrastinate and is extremely fast in responding to her client's questions and needs. She was also able to get the Seller to agree to every Buyer request. Kirsten coordinated a full-day tour to see potential properties, negotiated an ideal contract, and represented us in legal proceedings. She understood our need and helped us find a house we dreamed of near the UNR campus, with plenty of natural light and a pleasant view. We first met Kirsten when we bought our second home in Reno, we were very impressed with her attitude and professionalism.
