My agent Kimona knew the type of home I was looking for and gathered a couple of homes for us to see. On the second day of touring we found our home. Kimona was on top of the seller agent ensuring we don’t get outbid and ensure our offer got accepted. Even though it is a sellers market she ensured that my offer which was below the asking price got accepted.
