Kim Adams did a great job selling me the house and following up constantly with the issues that came up with and older home. She was very responsive and helpful getting my questions resolved explaining the process along the way. Kim kept on working with me and the seller to come up with solutions to keeping the deal together. Kim always met me on time when I needed to look at the home again for measurements and ideas.
