We counted on her assistance throughout the construction, final walk-through inspection, and closing, including ensuring the final survey, appraisal, and other details were delivered on-time despite many time-sensitive challenges. And her follow up as we got the final items checked off was very impressive. She does not back off from her business relationship and commitment even though we closed on the home one-month ago - real professionalism and business ethics on her part.
