They were incredibly professional and attentive to all my needs and requests. Kimberly cared about me as a person, not just a client, which made it easy to express my wants and needs. I highly recommend Kimberly Osborne—she treats you like family, not just another client. I've already recommended her to friends and co-workers.

I had the best experience with Kimberly as my realtor. She took the time to find exactly what I wanted when searching for a home and responded promptly to calls and emails. When I found the house I wanted, Kimberly knew about the purchasing process. Great service. I highly recommend Kimberly if you're going to buy or sell a home.

Kimberly Osborne was amazing with finding me a beautiful rental. Being stationed overseas and trying find the right location was hard but she was amazing in every aspect. I can't wait until I buy my 1st home with her. Thank you for everything, Patricia Mcinnis

We are thankful for Kim for all the genuine, and excellent advice she provided. She made us her priority and ensured that our focus/request where met. She’s extremely helpful, trustworthy, working around the clock, allowing us to work through a smooth process remotely from coast to coast.

Kimberly gives so much to our community through her involvement in the Fruit Cove Middle School Parent Teacher Organization (PTO). As an Executive Board member of the PTO, a 501(c) (3) organization, Kimberly was responsible for building relationships with the surrounding community businesses to create mutually beneficial relationships. She exceeded the organizational goals her first year building more relationships than the prior year. She is continuing into her second year. Kimberly is a leader as well as a great team member. Her commitment to public services continues well beyond her military service. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Kimberly and look forward to continuing our relationship for years to come.
