Somehow, it feels like Kim knows your wants/needs before you spell it all out. We were able to narrow our search down to the neighborhood we desired, and Kim handled the rest. It would be inaccurate to say I’m not particular, but Kim managed to make the impossible, KimPossible. That is to say, she takes the time to get to know you and quickly applies what she gleans to her well-established Queen Anne expertise. Relocating to Seattle from out of state for work, Kim was an invaluable asset to us.
