Kim is a patient GEM! We finally found our dream house after a year and a half of looking. Kim was patient, kind, and knowledgeable! We never felt rushed or pushed. Would highly recommend her for your buying and selling needs.

I couldn't be happier with the outcome Kim delivered. Within just two days of listing, she had secured a full price offer, a result that speaks to her deep knowledge of the market, sharp pricing strategy, and skill at getting a property in front of the right buyers. Kim made the entire process smooth and stress-free, keeping me informed every step of the way. If you're looking for a realtor who gets results fast without cutting corners, I can't recommend Kim highly enough!

In the last year, we bought one house and sold another with Kim’s help, and she was terrific both times. We got good prices (from our point of view at least) for both, and she was a paragon of unflappable confidence throughout—and in situations that might well have flapped a lesser realtor.

There is no one better than Kim and Chant. Kim is super attentive, great at communicating and always gets the job done in a timely manner. She is a wonderful caring person who is always attentive and responsive

Kim Fisch was the best real estate agent we have ever had - if not for her we would have lost the house! She was so intuitive in the process and what could possibly happen with being out bid by other buyers. She kept us in the loop during the entire process! We would recommend her to EVERYONE we talk to! Thank you Kim Fisch!

It was a pleasure working with Kim Fisch. She was very professional, personal and knowledgeable. The listing process was easy and it amazed me how responsive she was to our questions throughout the entire process. I would certainly use Kim again if the opportunity arises to either buy or sell real estate.

We enjoyed working with Kimberly Fisch with the buying and selling of our homes. She is very knowledgeable, and fun to work with. She made the buying & selling process very easy. She was very patient and encouraging when we had some delays in the process. We highly recommend Kimberly to anyone that is in the market to buy or sell their home. Kevin & Julie Warfield

Kim spent months showing us homes in a wide swath of territory. We had an extensive list of properties to visit and she always made time for us. We can’t say enough good things about her and she went above and beyond for us.
