Other than leaving all utilities on which eventually got quite expensive when does not sale right away. Eventually we took it off the market for a while in order to do some updates. When we put it back on the market we got lucky time wise. The Purchaser was just what we were looking for.

Kimberley Glenn did an excellent job for me selling my house & buying another house. She is a very good realtor. She is very thorough & helpful. She kept the process on schedule. She has such a nice friendly personality also. I would recommend Kimberley to anybody who wants their transition of selling & buying a home.

Kim is awesome, going way out of her way to take care of things and make success. On several occasions she waited at the property for hours, to admit the contractors or utility (e.g., turn on power).
