Kimann has always been nothing but helpful and knowledgeable. For years I have been using her to help me rent my house in Margate and the tenants have always been stellar if you need someone who is on top of things and knowledgeable she is your go to.
Kimann recently handled a complicated issue after we already put a substantial deposit down to purchase a home.
Kimann kept us apprised of the situation and resolved it to our excitement! She is resourceful and persistent!
She is our go to realtor!

She is the best. I have worked with Kimann for the past 4-5 yrs. in finding summer rentals for my family. She always goes out of her way to try to find us what we want. She is very professional and at the same time warm and so approachable. Whatever my issues have been (especially during the pandemic), she has always found a way to make things work.
She is up to date on everything! She also makes me laugh.
Kimann is a reliable, trustworthy, competent realtor with excellent communication skills. She knows the area well and is happy to answer any and all questions you might have. I highly recommend Kimann!
