Kim was recommended to me by the estate lawyer and for both of us, he went above and beyond. The house was still occupied by the caretaker for my sister before she died and she was not that cooperative. His professionalism with her as well as his communication with me was outstanding.
The initial meeting with Kim Ratliff went smooth. He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. His assistant, Stefana Bertucci, was great. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and very responsive to our questions and always responded in a timely manner when leaving her a message. I don't think we could have picked a better team!!
