She goes way beyond being a great realtor. She becomes your friend answering all questions, especially when buying a new home and you're out of your element. I am an elderly women, who recently lost her husband and having the overwhelming job of downsizing and needing extra help with details and names for jobs needed to be done. Kim Harty, was great and easy to work with! She helped us find our first home to purchase, and 6 years later sell it and purchase our next home. She was always available for questions and quick to respond. Anything she wasn’t sure of she had fast responses from her resources.
