Some of her key qualities: * She has amazing interpersonal skills that makes you feel 'special'. * Even after our first meeting with her (at an Open House we wandered into), she immediately began throwing 'potentials' at us to help her better understand what we were really hoping to find so she could tailor her suggestions. * She did a LOT of research on homes we were interested in, so that when we came back to the area (~40 minute drive), we would see houses that were true potentials or 'opportunities' and had a reasonable understanding of the key factors we were looking for in our new home. This saved us sooo much time. * When we finally found 'our' new home, aside from the usual services and expertise you expect your experienced realtor to handle easily, she would always go above and beyond exploiting her contacts/resources to put us in contact with relevant contractors to address our concerns. * Even during the escrow period, she stayed on top of various issues, helped coordinate certain activities and even did a little extra "G-2" (investigation) for us that increased our comfort with this large purchase. * When things got a challenging, Kim always had a for us and treated us like close friends and did her best to get us through the challenge. I had absolutely no intention to buy anything and was planning to move back to San Francisco in Summer of 2024.
