What rating do clients give Kieran O'Halloran?

I listed my home with Team O'Halloran last year. They were very professional and thorough in everything they did. Their advice was excellent on how to stage the home and realistic pricing. We sold within a very reasonable time and at a price that we felt was fair both for us and the purchaser. As agents for us we knew they always had our best interests in mind.

My name is Maggie.

Kieran & Maureen are a great team in their knowledge and their communication, as Realtors.

Friendly, honest and there for you.

We met and we were able to express what we thought would be fair in price. In 9 showings, we sold within 4 days. A great relief for us.

Asking Maureen and Kieran to represent me in the sale of my house was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Thanks to their professionalism the property sold in two days and 50K over asking. I cannot overstate how easy they made this process. These people know what they are doing and they do it extremely well. Don't waste your time looking for another agent, use Team O'Halloran!

We recently sold our property through Team O'Halloran. Kieran and Maureen were very professional and diplomatic as the go between with the buyers. They gave excellent advice throughout the sale and facilitated all aspects. The end result I feel was a fair price for both us and the buyers. Our property sold within about 1 month during a challenging time for real estate. They are definitely worth a five star rating. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone contemplating selling their property.

As first time homebuyers, we didn't really know what to expect. Maureen and Kieran were patient, gave us so many tips along the way, and it didn't feel like they were just trying to sell us something. I really appreciated that!

Kieran and Maureen were just the best to work with as we purchased our new home. They listened to what we were looking for and gave us great support and input. They were always available . And with us being 3 hours away , they went above and beyond to do things we couldn’t do ourselves.
