This was our 2nd time using Kevin for our realtor. The first time we were first time homebuyers and this time we were first time sellers. We honestly couldn't believe how seamless and quick this all happened for us. We had a set date to list our house and Kevin found us buyers before it even hit the market. Kevin was so patient and informative along the way as we planned the sale of our home. The photos were stunning, and all the fyers looked great! The process ended up being more complicated than we thought. It took awhile to find the right buyer. (Our house was large but our yard was not.) It turned out to be a bit of a roller coaster ride but Kevin reasured us that he would do everything he could to get our home sold for the appropiate sale price. In the end he managed to find us a good buyer and get our new home for a better price. He did a great job coordinating the sale as well as the purchase of our new home.
