From the beginning to the end of my sale, Kevin instilled confidence and professionalism every step of the way. Answered all my questions, before I even asked! He made the entire experience so easy!

I have delt with many realtors in the past and Kevin was absolutely the best! He made my experience so stress free, and he was so informative and helpful especially since I was out of state. He handled things so efficiently and professionally! I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a realtor. I can't thank him enough! Laurie Simkins

Kevin gave us good advice on getting our property listed for sale promptly. He put together high quality marketing materials and went above and beyond to take care of some items we could not easily deal with ourselves. Our property was presented to the market very well which led to getting a contract for sale in place quickly with a prompt closing. A very good experience overall!

Kevin was phenomenal to work with. This was our first home purchase, and he was so helpful in explaining the process, responding to all of our questions, and overall making it a comfortable and easy experience. A home buyer couldn't ask for more. Thank you, Kevin, for the amazing work!

Great service from Kevin. Went above and beyond to help us with all matters related to find our home.

Kevin exceeded our expectations as a realtor, twice... We listed our house in summer 2020 with Kevin and he got us an all cash offer, 50K above asking. Kevin then helped us search for our vacation home in 2021/22 and found our dream getaway for 30K less than asking. We were so fortunate to have these advantageous offers due to Kevin's work ethic and experience. It wasn't luck. Kevin is a consummate professional and is a subject matter expert when it comes to buying and selling houses. He was able to answer all my questions and formulate options to address any concerns. We had a potential mold issue and Kevin put in the extra time to research the issue extensively and contact professionals to ease any of our concerns. Kevin is a sincere and trustworthy person. He will always do right by you, not himself. Selling and buying each of our houses was not without barriers, as we had many. Kevin was a calming and knowledgeable presence with each issue and always encouraged us to do what was best for us in each decision. Looking back I think Kevin was also a wonderful mediator and coach to my wife and I when we did not share the same vison. Kevin also has the business acumen and aggressiveness to get what you want, its not all fun and games. He will be a shark for you as needed. And lastly, Kevin is our realtor for life. He earned it and will for you as well.

Working with Kevin was absolutely amazing. He did a fantastic job staying on top of new listings that were available and communicating those to me. Kevin also accommodated my hectic schedule and was able to schedule showings at the drop of a hat, many times with less than an hours notice. I could not recommend a better real estate agent and I look forward to working with Kevin again in the future
