I can’t say enough good things about Kevin! We were looking for a bigger house within a small two block area. Kevin very patiently showed us houses just about in the area and after two years we found exactly what we were looking for in OC. the negotiations were low stress and successful, as was the closing. Kevin provides a great timeline and cheat sheet of what needs to be done and when. And after the closing recommended a great handyman and painter. Everything was great.
