I have worked with Kevin twice now and I cannot give him high enough praise. He is a person I would recommend to any friend or family member. He is truly an exceptional person. He is honest and has your best interest at heart and is an exceptional broker, having sold my home over asking with multiple offers within a week of listing when others in the industry couldn’t even dream of doing. These are rare qualities to come across in a real estate agent or broker, but I cannot recommend him enough. He was kind, professional, worked lightning fast to get it on the market and to fix any minor issues, while going above and beyond his due diligence to make sure to have a good offer and ultra smooth contract process. He maintains contact with updates so you aren’t left hanging wondering what is happening, and treats each home buying or selling process as if it were the most important one, regardless of person or cost. A true professional with a gift for the real estate business. The entire interaction and experience was wonderful. Truly, if you want what can be a very stressful time in your life, be it selling and/or buying, make the process easy for yourself and work with Kevin. It will save your sanity, and you will get the best service and deal in the process. It was such a win win win for me in every area. Save yourself that frustration.I can’t wait to work with him again. Thank you Kevin!

Kevin helped us buy a house in Red Bank recently. From the very beginning he was very attentive and showed us only the houses that met our criteria. He knows the area very well and is totally up on all the township laws and requirements. Once we found the right place the process moved very smoothly. Kevin answered all our question promptly and explained everything patiently. He also recommended local bank and an attorney and we are very happy with both of them. Seems like a good network. All in all it was a stress free experience and we heartily recommend Kevin.

to all. writing this review about kevin and his total professionalism is with a pleasure to write. he helped me find the right house i wanted and in quick time at that.i knew from then any contact with kevin would be fast and quick, to getting the seller and the right price i wanted to pay for house.i would say if your looking for a house to buy or sell, kevin is the person to contact on this. carl.

I have worked with Kevin on two occasions. First he helped me rent a home then he helped me buy a home. In both interactions, I found Kevin to be exceptional. He understands the complexities of the real estate process and helps guide you clearly and precisely. He goes the extra mile to ensure things go smoothly. I have had the misfortune of being pressured by agents whose only goal is to click their cash register, Kevin is the complete opposite. He works hard to ensure that you make decisions you will be happy with and your satisfaction as a client is his primary goal Kevin's patience, problem solving approach, can-do attitude along with his pleasant and professional demeanor make him a great real estate professional, one whose services I will absolutely use in the future

Kevin was very helpful the entire process. He has extensive knowledge of the marketplace, and was insightful during a difficult negotiation period. Kevin was punctual for all appointments, and responsive to emails and phone calls. I was very pleased with Kevin's assistance for this purchase, and I would recommend him to others as well as use him again for future transactions.

It really was a pleasure working with Kevin . By the time we were finished I considered Kevin a good friend instead of a business associate. I have never worked with someone who kept in constant contact and communicated the way Kevin did . He went well and far beyond what anyone could expect from their agent . We never would have sold the house if it wasn’t for his follow up and hands on approach . I can’t thank him enough for all that he has done and it was a real pleasure working with Kevin .

Kevin was very knowledgable of real estate information & always communicated with us during the process of bying & selling.

We are very satisfied with the way Kevin advised us and helped us selling our house! Thanks Richard & Ruth

Mr. O'Rourke was exceptionally helpful during what I found to be a very time consuming and stressful experience. He quickly followed up on things that needed to be dealt with and don't tell anyone.... but he was available to answer questions after hours.

It is well established that looking for and purchasing a home rate high on the stress list of important finance and life decisions. Now list the best qualities you need in a realtor to help you in this process and his name is Kevin O'Rourke. Professional, honest, dependable, always encouraging, empathic, tenacious and patient oh so patient. Facing many challenges I always knew I could trust in and count on Kevin. He listened to my needs. He was generous with his time but he didn't waste mine by showing me houses that would never work.
