My wife and I were looking to sell our house because we found a condo that we were purchasing. We also wanted to sell it in a timely manner. We had 2 other realtors come and both suggested we sell our house for $499,000. One thought we could go a little bit higher but really thought $499,000 was the best bet. We then had Kevin come over and he suggested we list it for $519,900. We reluctantly agreed and before listing I called and thought maybe going $509,000 instead. Kevin reassured us he felt $519,900 was the right price. So we agreed to go ahead at $519,900. Well Kevin was right we sold our house for asking price. He also worked it out so we could close on both the house and condo the same day which made the transition work out perfect. Not only was Kevin wonderful to work with he was very professional in everything he did. On a side note we meet the realtor from the people who bought our house and she commented without us saying anything that Kevin was great to work with.
