Couldn’t be happier with our experience partnering with Michelle to buy our condo at Steamboat! She really understands the market, moves super quick, and is an absolute blast to work with. Michelle knows the Steamboat market REALLY well and was awesome at helping us quickly learn about the different communities and their respective merits. As a bonus we got some really fun restaurant recommendations as well :) We live in Denver so getting in-person tours was really tough. To make it easy for us Michelle would do virtual video tours for place. These were awesome! Michelle’s feedback on each place was super candid and honest. Buying in Steamboat can be super competitive and Michelle was a great advocate to 1) help us be deliberate in our decision making and 2) moving super fast once we found a place we were excited about. We were able to get under contract and close on a property on our second offer, which is super rare for buyers in this area. Once under contract, Michelle and her team were on top of everything to make sure we closed on time, and checked in weekly to make sure we were also up-to-date on our key actions. Best compliment I can give is that I would 100% recommend Michelle to any of our friends and loved ones that look to buy at Steamboat. 1st class real estate agent for sure.
