Kerwin Holloway and ReeceNichols did a fantastic job! Kerwin went above and beyond and even made homemade cookies for the open house. He helped out by fixing a couple of things at the condo, when we weren't able to make it down to do it. He hired a fantastic photographer who made the pictures of the condo look as beautiful as the condo really is. He is such a genuine person and really took time to visit with everyone who inquired about the condo and it paid off for the couple who actually ended up purchasing in three weeks. Condos aren't selling quickly in the Ozarks, right now, especially this time of year. We are so pleased with the results!
Kerwin is very knowledgeable and helped us with all the steps involved with selecting a lot and picking a builder. He was gracious with his time and patient with us as we went through the process.
