I have used Ken as my agent since he became a licensed broker. He has sold I believe he has sold 3 of my homes and helped me to buy 1. Ken is extremely professional and knowledgeable. If he is not sure of an answer to a question he will tell you he will research the question and get back with an answer. Ken always does. You do not have to ask him a second time. I am now living and a resident of Florida but had I stayed in Fl I absolutely would used Ken again if I were to buy or sell another home and would NOT hesitate to recommend him to my damy or friends!! Ken is wonderful as a person and realtor!
