Kennan is simply the BEST! From the moment we met, Kennan took the time to understand my goals and develop a clear, strategic plan to get the condo ready to sell. She guided me through every step of the process, from replacing the flooring and painting to coordinating all the details in between. Kennan has an incredible network of trusted professionals, and everything moved quickly, smoothly, and efficiently. The results speak for themselves: In record time the condo was on the market and went under contract at full asking price! But Jane’s expertise didn’t stop there. Once we were under contract, she continued to be an exceptional advocate. She handled the inspection negotiations with confidence and ease, keeping everything on track and minimizing the stress that can come with a real estate transaction. In fact, we closed a full week earlier than originally scheduled! And perhaps the best part of all? The entire process was stress-free for me. Kennan took what could have been an overwhelming, stressful, and painful experience and turned it into a process that was organized, efficient, successful—and yes - fun! Her knowledge, connections, attention to detail, and genuine commitment to her clients are second to none. I can’t thank you enough, Kennan. You truly went above and beyond, and I would recommend you to anyone looking for a realtor who will get the job done—and get it done exceptionally well!

Loved working with Kennan! I’m a first time homebuyer and she was always there to answer the million questions I had. She’s very knowledgeable and made the home buying experience seamless.

This sale would not have happened without Kennan. She has contacts and is well known and liked in this community. People want to work with her. She knows all the ins and outs. She is attentive and responsive. She held space for my emotions while at the same time responding with facts. I felt well advised and supported throughout the entire process.

She did a very good job

Kennan was quick to communicate and easily accessible. She was transparent with market behavior and update information, sending a weekly email with details. She answered all questions and ensured we understood everything with our house sale. Her connections in realty community helped selling process

Kennan is terrific! She is professional, warm, efficient, and knows her stuff. She wants clients to find the right home and is not pushy about it. We loved her from the very beginning and have appreciated Kennan’s skillful guidance throughout the process of buying our new home.

Time after time Kennan has proven to be exactly what we need in a realtor. She brings professionalism, knowledge, and when the moment is right, humor to the table. We will continue to use Kennan for all of our real estate transactions. Thank you, Kennan!

Kennan and her staff were great to work with in our home finding and buying adventure in Fort Collins area. Kennan has a lot of experience and is very knowledgeable about the area and quality of homes. We will definitely continue working with her and The Group, Inc. for our future home buying needs in this area of Colorado.

Kennan was very accessible, knowledgeable, dependable and kind and has a good team working with her. Even before signing on with her, she was very helpful to us. Many thanks to her and The Group!

100/10 for Kennan! We bought and sold a house with Kennan and were extremely impressed. When looking at homes we realized how diverse realtors are in terms of knowledge, character, professionalism, and sales ability. Kennan is quite a stand out. She knew so much about the area, was well-prepared for showings, and could answer basically any question about anything accurately or find us the information very quickly. Based on our observations and experience with other realtors in this area, we feel Kennan is at the top of the industry and performs with high integrity and strong character, which was very important to us. This proved abundantly true when we purchased our home. In that process, we encountered disturbing and unprofessional behavior on the part of the seller and seller's agent. It was quite a bizarre experience, but one that Kennan handled with confidence, integrity, and a high level of professionalism. Kennan stood strong on our behalf and communicated exceptionally well with us while handling the issues that arose. She gave us sound advice and support as we worked through the issues to arrive at closing. She even continued to advocate for us after closing when even more issues arose. Then, when it came to selling our home, Kennan was amazing. We ended up with the exact offer we wanted in a quick timeframe in a neighborhood where sales had ground to a halt. She communicated with us and was there to answer questions and strategize as we entered the slow market. She knew what the sequence of steps needed to be to get our house sold and fast. Ultimately, we had the best sales experience, which we largely attribute to her professionalism and reputation and the advice she gave us along the way. We even had a joint closing with our buyers because all parties involved had such a wonderful, low stress experience. Overall, you can hire a company that talks about exceptional service and professionalism, or you can hire Kennan who will actually demonstrate exceptional service, professionalism, communication, knowledge, character, and integrity all while getting you to your goals.
