Ken Sheytanian was the absolute best! He was upfront, trustworthy, and followed through on everything he had said. From the pictures to the marketing and open house, we didn't need to worry about anything - Ken had it covered. He was very communicative and filled us in on all the steps necessary. His recommendation of a team to help prep the house for sale was extremely helpful, and I believe that we got asking price because of the prep work that Ken had recommended (cleaning/painting, some shingle work, etc.).
