Kelsie (and her "posse", Diana and Jackie) were all a genuine pleasure to work with, and saw us through a potentially challenging situation that arose just a couple of days prior to our originally planned close. As she was acting as seller's agent, I'm not quite sure how much her negotiation skills were put to the test, and as the junior member of the "triumvirate", her market expertise might still need a tad of brushing up, but her local knowledge and ability to line up contractors at very short notice was impressive, so she scores plus points for local knowledge.
