Kelly Wilson is the best real estate agent I've ever used. She is insightful and friendly and after a little while of looking she figured out exactly what I was looking for. And found me my dream home. She is also very patient with all the dumb questions I had. Where I feel other real estate agents would have gotten irritated. She gave me the best one-on-one experience in buying my new home. She's a very good real estate agent and I will definitely use her again.

My husband and I entered into a contract with Kelly Wilson about six months ago, for the purpose of selling our home and buying another in one of three smaller towns.

I have never seen someone pour so much energy into those tasks, from advising us on how to stage our home, setting and revising price, making all the contacts and arrangements with other agents for viewings, to holding open houses at our home. She was helpful in every possible way, finding out answers to our many questions if she didn’t know, educating us on all procedures of selling and buying homes. She accompanied us to showings in the various towns and gave valuable feedback on prices asked and suitable offers, accompanied us to home inspection and was forthright and honest with us on what our choices were every step of the way. Additionally, I feel I now have a friend I could call on for future endeavors. Ultimately we did not sell our home and decided to remain here. Kelly was understanding and made sure we knew about additional options should we change our minds. She has been friendly, approachable and professional from start to finish. I would recommend her as an agent to others and would utilize her services again should the need arise.

I’ll be real here. I can’t exactly say that the reason for why we had to sell our home was a good one. It was a difficult time in our lives. Not to mention we’d never sold a home before.
