April and Kelly listed our home at 1512 Lake Weldona in February, which was a bit of a challenge due to the economic uncertainty which occurred with the current Administration. Through it all April and Kelly kept us on track and made the whole process smoother than it would have been otherwise. They made solid recommendations as to what we needed to address regarding the many things that potentially delay the sale of a home that is over twenty years old. We were very happy with their service and will continue to use them in the future and refer them to friends and family.
