My husband and I were so impressed with Phil and Kelly Thornton and are so grateful to have them as our realtors. They developed a plan and estimates of costs and offered feedback on preparing and staging our house. They recommended contractors, including ones they use themselves. They engaged a photographer with a drone to take spectacular photographs of the house from above. They also had a photographer create a 3D walkthrough video, plus they included advertising in brochures for a local event. We tried to reimburse them, but they said it was covered by the standard commission. When the house went on the market, Phil and Kelly were checking the fast-changing market every day and calling us. Thanks to their skills and diligence, the house sold for more than $100K over the asking price. Going to settlement with Phil and with Bruce Clark felt more like a fun social gathering rather a legal chore. Phil and Kelly stayed with this project all the way to making sure that the new owners were happily settled in their new home. They made what we had expected to be a stressful experience into something pleasant and friendly and an expression of values we admire.
