Kelly Mulaney at PARK COMPANY has worked tirelessly for me over the past year as we’ve worked toward launching a new business in Minnesota. She has consistently made herself available to tour properties, offer suggestions, and help us navigate some unusual real estate challenges.
Our work together involved three properties: selling my lake cabin and historic grain elevator, and purchasing a property in Pelican Rapids. The elevator listing went viral, reaching the number-one spot for the week on Realtor.com, a successful run on Zillow Gone Wild, and attracting visits from content creators with millions of followers. Although those listings ultimately didn’t sell, the exposure opened doors and created opportunities I never would have imagined. Kelly put in an incredible amount of work without receiving a commission on those properties, and that effort deserves recognition. We also successfully completed the Pelican Rapids purchase with her help.
