Working with Kelly and Cathy to sell our home was an absolute dream from start to finish. If you are looking for brokers who are deeply familiar with the neighborhood, incredibly proactive, and master communicators, these two are a great team. The level of efficiency they brought to the table was nothing short of amazing. They lined up all of our inspections early and seamlessly coordinated all the vendors needed to service the house. Because of their incredible organization, we went from moving out to hitting the market in exactly one week. They put together a great marketing campaign, including a fantastic video that truly showcased our home’s best features. One week after hitting the market, we were in escrow. Within a month, the entire deal was closed. The entire process could not have been more seamless or stress-free. Kelly and Cathy took what is normally a chaotic experience and turned it into a masterclass in real estate. We cannot recommend them highly enough!

Great service, attention to detail and proactive communications through each step of the process. True professionals, coordinated entire process start to finish. Highly recommend.

Kelly and Cathy were the perfect blend of knowing their business and being warm and personable. They were completely transparent with every step of the process and there were no surprises. They always returned phone calls and/or messages very quickly. Their say, do ratio is off the charts, if they said something was happening or getting done it DID!!!! They brought exceptional expertise to pricing, marketing and selling our home. Their professional speaks for itself; they sold our home in four days with multiple offers over asking price.

Kelly and Cathy were great at guiding us, as first-time home sellers, through the process of pre-listing preparations, marketing, pricing, listing, offers, and closing. They took full responsibility for the process while keeping us informed and engaged at the level we desired. In the end, we got a great outcome together.

Kelly & Cathy are absolutely top notch and truly the best team to have in your corner! I handed them a tired and outdated home which they promptly turned into a market ready show piece! Excellent communication from start to finish, extremely knowledgeable about market conditions & trends plus a true pleasure to work with. I felt they had my best interest in mind at all times. Additionally, the team they work with to help get your house in order are fast, efficient and fairly priced. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.

The personal service I received surpassed expectations. Handling the sale of my home was flawless and the attention to detail on all aspects of the transaction was thoughtfully explained making this a very comfortable and easy transaction. Kudos to those who have such in-depth experience. Thank you for all your company does. Best, Vicki Leinweber

Kelly was extremely easy to work with and very thorough. She always follows through and is very professional. Besides being very personable, she worked hard to ensure that we got a great offer and that our house was looking great for a quick sale especially during this challenging time in real estate.

Kelly Brent McCoy listed my 93 year old mother’s home in Brentwood, CA and our experience with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Drysdale Properties couldn’t have been better! Kelly gave us great advice about how to prepare the home for the market and has a group of talented vendors to perform services we couldn’t handle on our own. The home was staged and beautifully presented to the market and Kelly priced the home competitively to generate activity. She works very hard and was on top of every detail of the transaction. She is knowledgable, professional and personable. Kelly made the process as easy as was possible and our family felt supported at every step. Further, Kelly’s advice was spot on. In a slow market, mom’s house sold in 5 days at a selling price significantly higher than expected. I highly recommend Kelly to anyone wanting exceptional service and a positive experience.

Our experience with Kelly Brent McCoy was 5 stars Plus. She was very dedicated to learning the nuances of marketing and selling Bethel Island property which resulted in a quick, favorable sale. She excelled at communicating with us which was complicated by travel schedules and our being out of state. One example of her going the extra mile was her working with multiple local agency staff to resolve a previously unknown issue that worked well for both the buyer and us (seller). During the whole process, we knew our best interest was important to her.
