I was moving out of town so I had to find someone that I could trust and would be truthful with me. I had interviewed several Realtors before deciding on Kelly McArtor and Jim Purvis. I liked Kelly's friendly and caring personality. Kelly stood out because she is a down-to-earth lady that was interested in helping me as a friend. Kelly provided valuable suggestions and reinforcing emotional support that the sale of our house would go through during those times we were not having anybody touring our home. On our initial visit Kelly had collected all of the paper work needed for our meeting. She was excellent in organizing my house for the pictures they took. She pulled together the for sale houses in our neighborhood for comparison. She kept me updated on comments made from people who had tour my house. I felt Kelly and her partner Jim complimented each other as Realtors.
Met at property. Did an evaluation of home. Got specifics and good pictures. Listed with Kelly and got it sold in less than two weeks. Great job! Thanks and see you on the next one.
Kelly and Jim are very knowledgeable, personable and were above all else, honest with me. I went through the process well prepared with what to expect (except for getting an offer in 26 hours!) I never once felt like I was left alone during the process. It was a great sale and and easy one (I have been through a lot of them that were not). I would recommend them and use them again!
