We have resided in New Canaan for almost 3 decades and have used Kelly Kraus to both purchase and sell many homes. We have found her to be quite knowledgeable about market conditions. She has always been able to best position us on both the buying and the selling side. Kelly’s network is vast and that was definitely used to our advantage. Kelly is in the vanguard of the business giving her customers a position of strength.
