This was my second experience with Kelly as my agent. Two years ago I worked with her to sell my dad's home. This time I was selling my home and purchasing a new patio home. In all instances she was so patient and professional in guiding me through all the ins and outs of selling and buying a home. She was available to answer questions or just to calm my nerves when things seemed to go a little askew. She knows her job and you can tell she loves working with people. I will recommend her to any of my family or friends who are looking for an agent. She is a plus to the Semonin Realtor's organization.
Kelly and I worked as a team in the selling of my condo and the purchase of my new home. The condo sold immediately and we found the home soon after. It could not have been possible without the hard work and expertise of Kelly. She worked tirelessly to make it all possible for Harland and me.
She was able to make selling my house a quick process. We went from initial meeting to listing in about a week, and closed (over asking price) within three weeks of listing. I don’t know that the process could have possibly gone any smoother.

I couldn't be more grateful for the experience.

Kelly went above and beyond what I have experienced with past realtors. We had a difficult time with agent and seller’s daughter on scheduling a “mutually agreeable “ closing date and on a request to get in with a contractor to measure for some upgrades. She was professional and patient throughout the ordeal. She was also timely with scheduling showings, efficient getting additional information requested, and knowledgeable about processed and documentation. I will definitely recommend her to others.
