Kelly Callahan is a Realtor with Smith & Associates Real Estate who has spent 14 years helping buyers and sellers navigate the Tampa Bay real estate market, with a particular connection to South Tampa. A Florida native, Kelly has lived in South Tampa for 29 years. She knows the area not just as a real estate professional, but as a longtime resident, wife, and mother who has watched the community grow and change over decades. Her husband and three daughters were all part of the South Tampa community, giving Kelly a personal perspective on the neighborhoods, schools, and lifestyle that make the area such a popular place to call home. Kelly's career in real estate is supported by more than 20 years of sales experience, including a background in pharmaceutical sales. That experience shaped the way she works today: she listens carefully, communicates clearly, stays involved, and understands that every transaction has its own priorities and challenges. Whether a client is buying a home or selling one, Kelly believes the details matter and that strong service means being willing to do the work required to get the job done. Her knowledge of South Tampa and the broader Tampa Bay market is especially valuable to clients making significant moves in the area. She works with both buyers and sellers and brings the same hands-on approach to transactions large or small. Kelly is a Florida State University alumna and is active in the South Tampa community through Plant High School and First Presbyterian Church. Her local involvement has kept her closely connected to the people and places that make Tampa Bay home. Kelly believes going the extra mile isn't an exception - it is simply how she serves her clients. She is committed to doing whatever it takes to help clients reach their goals, whether that means finding the right property, positioning a home for sale, or navigating the many decisions that come with a real estate transaction. When you're ready to make your next move in Tampa Bay, Kelly is here to help - whether you're buying your next home or selling your current one.
