My experience with Kelly and Cindy Hill was magnificent!! The process entailed buying a house with my son and selling mine. They helped us both with suggestions and with new ideas, all to the benefit of the outcomes for each of us. They are genuinely concerned that their clients are informed and receive the best experience from start to finish. I could go and on. I truly feel that the experience with them was a blessing. When situations arose they set me at ease and quickly found solutions using their own time when I was unable to fix the matters myself. I will always be grateful that Kelly and Cindy are my realtors.

Sold Fast! My wife and I can't thank Cindy and Kelly Hill enough for their extremely hard work and knowledge about buying and selling a home. This past year we we're planning on testing the waters of the market in buying and selling but we weren't sure how to go about it. So we called Cindy and Kelly for info knowing that they would know the steps to begin such a task being that they helped us find our first home in 2009. The Ellerman team is a better Team we believe for having Cindy and Kelly on it! They went above and beyond to helping us with any questions we had weather it was late at night or early in the morning, they were quick at answering calls emails texts sacrificing their schedules for our needs. My wife and I decided to start looking at homes. We have heard horror stories from friends and relatives about buying a house these days. We contacted Kelly and Cindy and they were very happy to work with us. They asked questions about what we were looking for that we had never thought of. They hooked us up with online searches and after a week or so of looking, we scheduled the first walkthroughs with them. After the first round of walkthroughs, we were able to really narrow down what we were wanting in a house. We did another set of walkthroughs a week or so later. We saw a house we fell in love with. Put in offer in a unfortunately we didn't win the offer.
A few weeks went by and we saw a couple of other properties we were interested in and setup walkthroughs. We found another house that checked all the boxes. We put in offer in and they excepted! Kelly and Cindy worked with us and the bank every step of the way as the process went through the banks. As of last Thursday, we are now first time home buyers!
