We had a yearlong effort to remove a tenant. Kelli was patient and worked with an associate to try to relocate the tenant who was reluctant to move. This made us proceed with an eviction which the tenant fought for many months until the actual day of the eviction warrant would have removed her. Kelli held the deal together and after this long and arduous battle and the closing after the tenant was removed went very smoothly. Kudos for her staying with this.
