She had excellent communication with me, held open houses on a regular basis, and negotiated with a very difficult buyer of the property. Since I was out of town, Kelley checked on the home often, tidied up before and after showings, even mowed the grass once because my lawn care person was late with mowing and there was a showing that day. Can’t thank Kelley enough for everything she did for us - we had the house on with another realtor but we are so glad we switched to Kelley. She was extremely knowledgeable, gave us great advice on how to maximise the house and also went above and beyond throughout the process. We were relocating to the UK so the whole process was a lot more complicated but she held our hand throughout and honestly couldn’t have done more to help everything go through.

Kelley went above and beyond for us in helping us find our home. Being a first time homeowner there are a lot of things that you don't quite understand about the home buying process but feel like you should. This sometimes makes you feel like the questions you want to ask might be stupid, but with Kelley we felt extremely comfortable asking all of the questions that we had. She always did her due diligence when researching a home for us and always gave us her honest opinions on homes, which we really appreciated. When it came down to deciding to put in an offer, she always offered her insight and made us feel really comfortable when it came time to put an offer in. She was extremely fast in drafting up offer letters, this was important because it felt like at every house we went to, the sellers wanted all offers in immediately. That being said, she really took the stress away from putting in an offer. All of the services / people that she recommended were great and I would also recommend them to anyone that would ask.
