ReeceNichols was amazing! I was recommended them and was definitely not disappointed! I’ll be recommending them to everyone. Kim was the absolute best! She answered all of my questions big or small. Gave me solid advise and suggestions. I really felt like she was on my side!!!
I would recommend due to Jeni Stallone. JW Snell however was the worse realtor I have ever dealt with. So many promises not kept. Communication terrible. A few examples never told us he left the subdivision or moved to Florida. We also mention broken window on June 17 and still was never done at closing on aug 22. Mitch said they never knew until the day before close it was broke. I could go on and on!!! Thank God Jeni saved us a few times. End result Jeni a 10 JW a 0.
