We had a wonderful experience working with Kayleigh and learning the ins-and-outs of the homebuying process as first-time buyers. Prior to working with a realtor, the process seemed really overwhelming and complicated, but Kayleigh made it really straightforward and was super helpful with any questions we had, and ensured we had all the knowledge we needed to feel confident throughout this process. This review is long overdue. Kayleigh was our selling agent for our home in the Wedgwood neighborhood of Seattle all while my wife and I were living in Georgia. We went under contract with her in December of 2024 while our house was still being rented and we sold it in June of 2025.

From the initial project plan through to the listing and to the close, Kayleigh was superb. In every way, she exceeded our expectations and outperformed her experience. And while I know she had plenty of other clients during our contract, the amount of time she dedicated to us and her availability made us feel like we were her priority. And I’m willing to bet, her other clients felt the same way.

There were so many moving pieces that we couldn’t coordinate with us being on the east coast. But she took complicated web of to-do’s and simplified them into an actionable plan. The cleaning, painting, inspections, plethora of contractors, staging, photos, everything — she sourced and planned every detail. And the planning was superb. Every detail was mapped out with costs to keep us on budget. Kayleigh kept an open line of communication and kept us aligned from start to finish. Best of all, she stayed positive even as the lulling market unfolded in front of our eyes. And anyone who’s sold lately will tell you: the market has been tough. But she crushed it in spite of the challenging realty landscape. She fought for us well, and we’re beyond grateful.
