Purchasing your first home can be quite a stressful situation (or so I’ve heard), but Kayla Glesman made sure that it did not go down like that for me. Early on, we established multiple means of communication, so I always felt involved, but she took care of everything. When we would meet up to view a few houses, she made it exciting! When a house looked perfect in my eyes, she highlighted the flaws, and when a house looked like it was not for me, she highlighted the potential. Kayla demonstrated great attention to detail. Kayla also demonstrated professionalism, charisma, and genuine interest in my needs. It was extremely clear that she was the best available realtor to help me. When it came down to Kayla’s personality and communication skills, I had never felt more comfortable when dealing with a professional. She was always respectful, took the time to answer all of my questions, and was always quick to reply to an email, text, or phone call. It was evident that she knew exactly what she was doing, and that really put me at ease. When it comes time to buying (or selling) my next home, I will not hesitate to contact Kayla. With that said, I would highly recommend Kayla to anybody in the housing market, as I truly believe you cannot find anyone better. From the beginning, she pretty much held my hand through what could have been a truly grueling process, and for that, I am extremely grateful. I could not imagine, nor do I want to imagine, going through this process without Kayla. Thank you is not enough!
