Kay Neal is a sharp, professional realtor who goes above and beyond for her clients. She sold a home for us some years ago and my husband and I were so impressed with her efficiency and real estate knowledge that we immediately thought of her when we were ready to downsize and purchase a condo. She helped us to negotiate a very fair price, and we were able to purchase quickly and without any problems. Three months after purchase, we needed info from the prior owner regarding the association's approval of the flooring in our condo, and we, again, turned to Kay. She immediately got on the problem, and that very same day we had the info we needed for the association. That's Kay Neal. What we enjoy most about Kay is that she is always available to show properties. She works around your schedule. She stays in constant contact and will inform you of every option available to you. She goes above and beyond. She is a five-star realtor all day long!

The best thing about this agent is her quick response when emailed or called. However, her lack of professionalism cost me thousands of dollars. We originally listed our property significantly higher then we should have started out due to selling the property As-Is. Months later after continuously dropping the price we received two very low offers and the advice was to take it immediately and not counter-offer. We chose to counter-offer anyways and this agent just left a voicemail and a text without doing any of the proper paperwork.

Kay was diligent through out the listing process at bringing in potential buyers. She was helpful and insightful with tips on how to best present the house.

Kay has helped us so much she is the best 😃
