Working with Katy was great. It was a tough situation, selling my mother's home after she passed a way, but Katy helped me through the whole thing. I don't live nearby so she kept an eye on the house and managed contractors and handymen to get the house ready for sale. Overall, she minimized and mitigated the surprises that invariably spring up when you're selling a home.

She has remained available to this day if we have questions about service professionals for our new home.
