I've always heard that if, you want something done, ask a busy person !!! That statement could not have been truer when I sold my home in Birdneck Point, with Katie Zarpas. I've lived in Virginia Beach for most of my life, so when it was time to sell my house I did not know Katie Zarpas even though we lived close.
