Listen to her!  Katie Meyers is a wonderfully approachable, informative and skilled realtor who guided us through the sale of our former Rogers Park unit and purchase of our new condo in Edgewater.  Her welcoming and sincere manner calmed us throughout our process.  Our listing went so well supported by her strong advice pricing, on clearing our space and the wonderful photographer who captured the unit so well in the lovely summer light. She encouraged us to aim higher in the units we visited which was exactly the price point our sellers accepted.  Her persistence paid off in the many units we visited.  Katie offered descriptions and angles that helped us evaluate the space.  She encouraged us to see units we liked during open houses and would often schedule viewings later on Sunday which worked so well for our schedules.  She was very diplomatic in her neutrality between us as we grappled with weighing our likes and dislikes during our visits.  Katie was a patient teacher in our process of accepting and making an offer.  She is an excellent digital communicator and supported us to create the documents we needed through a secure process.  Katie is superb with detail, assertive and a wonderfully responsive problem solver.  When our closing was delayed, Katie floated the idea of moving into storage to preserve the expected closing time line.  We completed this process and continue to happily unpack in our wonderful new home.  Katie utilizes her team well.  We so enjoyed working with Howard and Susan Meyers and appreciated the insight and confidence they provided to us.  We listened to her; we are so grateful for Katie's great service and recommend her highly to people seeking housing in Chicago.

Katie is amazing! What I appreciate about her the most is that she's always looking out for her clients' best interest. For instance, she was once at a unit that I didn't explicitly ask to tour, but she called me via FaceTime to show me the place because she knew it fit my preferences.
